I am honored to serve as the Principal of this esteemed institution, bringing with me over two decades of experience in the field of education. Since beginning my journey in 1998, I have had the privilege of working across various government schools and institutions, including District Institutes of Education and Training (DIETs), where I have contributed to both teaching and leadership roles.

Academically, I hold postgraduate degrees in five subjects, three of which are languages, and I have earned a PhD in Indian Archaeology. My academic background reflects a deep commitment to interdisciplinary learning and cultural understanding, both of which inform my approach to school leadership.

Over the years, I have completed extensive training and have served as a Master Trainer in several key areas:

NCERT Management Training (Uttar Pradesh Administrative and Management Training)

Uttar Pradesh State Disaster Management (Master Trainer – UPAM)

Art and Culture Training (CCRT, Delhi)

Innovative Teaching Practices (Master Trainer – Government of Uttar Pradesh)

In addition, I have actively contributed to foundational learning initiatives such as the Early Literacy Survey conducted by Pratham, helping to shape effective literacy interventions at the grassroots level.

My vision as Principal is to foster a learning environment that is inclusive, innovative, and deeply rooted in both academic excellence and cultural values. I believe in empowering teachers and students alike to strive for holistic growth and lifelong learning.
